Chocolate Banana Fudge Cake

Ingredients:

4 bananas mashed

1 egg

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

2 1/2 cups Greek plain yoghurt

1 cup cocoa powder

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Method:

  1. Mash the four bananas in a bowl then stir in a egg and the vanilla extract.
  2. Then add the Greek plain yoghurt, cocoa powder, and baking powder and mix until well combined.
  3. Next, get out a square tin and cover its surface with baking paper and then pour the mixture into the square tin, and then turn the oven on 190 degrees Celsius and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.

Chris Mueller and his Working Class Band

Last night Chris Mueller and his Working Class Band put on a performance at The Brothers League Club in Raceview and I suggested to my sister that we should go to it.

As being a tribute show they played songs from Cold Chisel and Jimmy Barnes solo career. Also, in the first half this band performed well loved songs like You Got Nothing I Want and The Last Plane Out Of Sydney, as well as Flame Trees and Choir Girl and more.

Then after a bit of a break this band came back on stage to perform songs that were and are still sung by Jimmy Barnes in his solo career. Songs like Gotta Be With You Tonight and Aint No Second Prize, Working Class Man and more.

My sister and I really enjoyed ourselves, and we could see that the rest of the audience did as well.
