Ingredients:
4 bananas mashed
1 egg
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups Greek plain yoghurt
1 cup cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Method:
- Mash the four bananas in a bowl then stir in a egg and the vanilla extract.
- Then add the Greek plain yoghurt, cocoa powder, and baking powder and mix until well combined.
- Next, get out a square tin and cover its surface with baking paper and then pour the mixture into the square tin, and then turn the oven on 190 degrees Celsius and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
I’m sure this would be very yummy. Maybe I will try it when I am off my diet!
