An Angel in Australia

This audiobook is by Tom Keneally who is a well-known and successful author in Australia and the story is interesting.

As it is about a parish priest who gets to know some of the locals, by what they choose to confess to him about.

I also thought that the young priest was very helpful and persevering when: it came to helping these individuals when they talked about their problems.

I was also delighted when familiar places like the Blue Mountains, and Parramatta Road were mentioned in this story.

Pig the Star

Pig the Star is a picture book for children that is written in a series by Aaron Blabey and it is about a disgusting Pug who is named Pig who likes getting attention.

Though now Trevor the Dachshund is getting some attention and he thinks it is fun. As Pig and Trevor dress up and do a photo shoot together. However, Pig doesn’t like it as it makes him so angry.

Pig then sings a rap song that he made up.

Meanwhile, Trevor dressed as a hotdog gets more attention. Then an accident occurs while Pig and Trevor were on set.

Hairy Maclary’s Bone

This picture book for children is written by Lynley Dodd and Hairy Maclary (who looks like an Affenspinscher) must’ve felt like he was the pied piper.

As a butcher named Samuel Stone has given him an oversized bone to take back home to Donaldson’s Dairy.

Then as Hairy Maclary was heading back home with his bone, he was followed by an assortment of dogs. These dog’s names were Hercules Morse, Bottomley Potts, Muffin McLay, Bitzer Maloney, and the last dog was Schnitzel von Krumm.
