Prima Vera with Pumpkin Gnocchi, Mushrooms. and Vegetables

Ingredients:

2 brown onions (finely chopped)

1/2 cup cold water

2 tablespoons garlic (minced)

500 grams bacon (diced)

3 teaspoons mixed herbs

1 1/2 teaspoons nutmeg

1pkt organic passata

1pkt pumpkin gnocchi

2 cups cold water

150 grams mushrooms (sliced)

2 medium zucchinis (sliced)

Method:

1 Put the finely chopped brown onions in a deep-frying pan and add the 1/2 cup of water so that the food won’t stick to the frying-pan. Then next add the minced garlic and then stir with a wooden spoon.

2 Let it cook a few minutes so that the chopped onions soften, then add the bacon, mixed herbs and some nutmeg and the pumpkin gnocchi.

3 Then add the two cups of cold water, and then the sliced mushrooms, and lastly the sliced zucchini and also this meal is cooked on medium to high heat.

4 When cooked serve the meal in a bowl and eat with a spoon.

Low Carb Steamed Green Beans with Salmon

I know there’s at least two ingredients, in this recipe that are liver cleansing, and they are lemon juice, and minced garlic.

Ingredients:

3 handfuls of green beans

1 salmon fillet

2 tablespoons of water

2 tablespoons of minced garlic

The juice of one lemon.

Method:

  1. Steam the green beans.
  2. Use a frying pan to cook the salmon fillet and add two tablespoons of water so that the salmon doesn’t stick to the frying pan. Next add the steamed green beans to the frying pan.
  3. Then mix the minced garlic as well as the lemon juice together in a small bowl, and pour the mixture, over the green beans and the almost cooked salmon.
  4. When the meal is cooked transfer onto a plate.

Fruit and Yoghurt Muffins

Ingredients:

2 mashed bananas

3 eggs beaten

2 tsp. vanilla essence

1/2 cup Greek yoghurt

1/3 cup rolled oats

1 1/2 cups S.R. flour

1 cup W.S.R. flour

1 cup blueberries

Method:

!. Mash the two bananas in a bowl then add the three eggs and beat then stir in the vanilla essence and Greek yoghurt.

2.Then add the two flours and rolled oats and mix until well combined then fold in the blueberries.

3. Put the paper cases in muffin tins then add the mixture then turn oven on and bake the muffins at 170 degrees for half an hour.
