As I wanted to know more about short story writing I found this audiobook by Armani Talks that was narrated by Daniel Cryer.

It was very thought provoking as well as motivating and interesting to listen to. I also think that this audiobook is something to listen to over and over again.

Silver in the Bone

This audiobook is by Alexandra Bracken, and it was also narrated well by Sophie Amoss and the story is told by the point of view of a seventeen, year old girl named Tamsin.

As although she has no magic of her own, she can read tarot cards and she, searches for magical, relics.

Her younger brother Cabell is cursed, and she goes to a library and finds out about the ring of dispel which I think she read that it is also called the ring of immortality.

Then as it is an, modern day Arthurian story she finds out that Sir Lancelot had the ring and that many people are trying to find it and the last person that is thought to have this ring was the person that had fostered Tamsin and Cabell.

Though Tamsin couldn’t work out if her foster father had the ring then why didn’t he use it to break the curse that Cabell had?

As the ring of dispel has the ability to break all curses and now their foster father had disappeared.

Percy Jackson and the Olympians: The Titan’s Curse

This audiobook is by Rick Riordan and is narrated by Jesse Bernstein and in this story Grover locates two other half-bloods who are twins.

So, Percy, Annabeth, and Thalia are sent to this school that the twins are enrolled in to take them to Camp, Half-Blood but things don’t go as planned and Bianca who is one of the twins chooses to join Artemis’s, all girls group called The Hunt.

There is also another mission that Percy doesn’t get though he ends up getting involved in it anyway. As his friend Annabeth has been captured.
