Colin Thiele

Colin Thiele is well known as being the Author of Storm Boy which is a sad story but a story that I liked from childhood. I am also glad to have found out that he wrote more stories and some of them I have heard of, though wasn’t fully aware of all of his stories.

The Wild Heart of Stevie Nicks

This is an audiobook by Rob Sheffield who has followed her music career as he is a fan and he said that people first saw Stevie on a T.V. show, and that was back in July 1976. He then discusses the songs that she had wrote with Fleetwood Mac and her solo career. Rob also mentions that Stevie had always wanted to be in a band, and that it was only because she had so many songs that she thought about a career, as a solo artist.

Murpurgo: The Mozart Question

This audiobook by Michael Murpurgo is about a violinist that has agreed to give an interview. However, the person who was originally going to do the interview couldn’t do it. So, she had arranged someone else to do the interview. She also told this person that is now going to do the interview that the violinist she is going to interview doesn’t want to be asked the Mozart Question.
