Colin Thiele

Colin Thiele is well known as being the Author of Storm Boy which is a sad story but a story that I liked from childhood. I am also glad to have found out that he wrote more stories and some of them I have heard of, though wasn’t fully aware of all of his stories.

Murpurgo: The Mozart Question

This audiobook by Michael Murpurgo is about a violinist that has agreed to give an interview. However, the person who was originally going to do the interview couldn’t do it. So, she had arranged someone else to do the interview. She also told this person that is now going to do the interview that the violinist she is going to interview doesn’t want to be asked the Mozart Question.

Toto: The Dog-Gone Amazing Story of The Wizard of Oz

This audiobook by Michael Murpurgo was enjoyable to listen to. As Toto is telling one of his pups about the time he and Dorothy were in the land of The Munchkins. Toto also starts off by telling this pup I was there. As this is how Toto always starts this story. He also tells this pup that Dorothy had said that they had to wait till they had kids to tell the story. As unlike adults, children have a tendency to believe in things.
